Score! Sports Décor is the result of the love of sports. My boys found ice hockey as their favorite sport to play. As a result of their passion for the game I began to coach them in their chosen sport. Because of their passion I began to decorate their room with hockey paraphenalia. We found ourselves creating unique items to frame their team pictures and to store their trophies. We found many ways to surround them with their favorite game. Many people commented on the uniqueness of their bedroom. It was suggested that we begin to offer some of these items to people for sale. My sister in law, a respected crafter, took some of the items on the craft circuit. We also began to do craft shows in our area. Many, many people have suggested to us that we should have a website so they can pass on our items to their friends and family to see. So after a few years of craft shows and many compliments and suggestions we are going to move onto the wide world of the web. So here we go.
Our items are great decorations and accent pieces for a kid's bedroom, a sports theme bar, basement or recreation room. They are a very unique and functional way to decorate or show your passion for sports. We also have sold many of our items to personalize an office or workplace. All of the products you will find on our site are hand made by our family right here the USA. Each item is very unique due to the nature of the raw materials we use. Most if not all of the items are recycled sporting goods. We use old sticks, balls pucks etc. because of the character they offer to the look of the finished product. When you find a picture of an item you like please are aware that each item will be similar but they each have a unique set of imperfections. Most sports fans prefer the imperfections that make their selection a true one of a kind item. There is some level of choice when you order our items. Some color choices are available, some brand name choices are available and some player model choices are available. When you ask for availability of an item, we will email you a picture of the item we think fits your criteria. You will have final say over the item before we ship it to you. If we are out of stock of an item we will notify you promptly. We may have an alternative for you.
